Online Courses

The content from these two one-day workshops, Systematic Problem Solving and Systematic Project Management, is now available online in self-paced lessons. Systematic Problem Solving is composed of three modules: Problem Inventory, Problem Solving, and Tracking Root Cause. Systematic Project Management covers the three major phases of projects: Agree Phase, Think Through Phase, and Do Phase.

Standard two-day onsite workshops include: Critical Thinking for Leaders, and Critical Thinking for teams and technical experts. Our one-day onsite workshops are: Systematic Problem Solving, Systematic Decision Making, and Systematic Project Management.
